Somalia is once again facing the grim spectre of famine. October 2022 has seen myself and colleagues Andrew Harding and Ed Habershon deploying to the country to cover the horrific humanitarian situation.
During the summer of 2022, I spent another three weeks in Ukraine, covering the war. While there I was commissioned to direct, shoot and edit a documentary about the Ukrainian rock band Antytila.
When the war in Ukraine began, I saw the reports, and I knew that eventually I would end up there. I’ve since been twice and here are some of my films.
